Week 2 done!



Hello munchkins!

Here is another little update on my new diet and fitness routine. Week two is over and I am one happy girl! I know I was a bit grumbly last week, but I think that was mostly because I wanted to see big results quickly...which was a bit silly of me wasn't it...

So in the new spirit of things I am happy to report I lost a further 750g this week! Meaning a total loss of 1.4 kg in two weeks :)
I've been trying to think of what I did differently this week. For one, I went out to lunch and dinner a bit more...but I was pretty good and substituted chips for salad and chose what I thought to be healthier options. And in the whole week I only had one cup of skim milk coffee, one naughty iced tea and one glass of sparkling wine (to celebrate something I will mention at the end). Other than that it was all water. So that was good. Although, I didn't drink anywhere near my daily goals of water. I wanted to be having 2 litres a day but have maybe been managing 1.

I had an appointment with a personal trainer, as my gym offers one free session when you become a member. So I have a new routine that is gonna help me keep getting closer to my goal. Boy was I sore after the first one haha, I couldn't extend my arms!
But hey, that is part of the fun isn't it? I think this week I am going to try to focus lots on cardio. GO TEAM!

By the way, I should also mention I rewarded myself this week with a new pair of exercise pants. Really thinking big! haha.

P.s what was I celebrating last week? The end of university! WOOOOOO!
