An update on my diet


So as I am writing this. I am having a big bowl of cheese filled pasta with cheese on top. So that should answer any questions you have about if I have continued with my health kick.

Although I am in no where near proud of my failure, I am proud that I lasted for about a week. Which doesn't seem long. But I will take any achievements I can get. I think the problem I had was that I had to pack all my lunches the night before. And that seemed like too much effort. Having to think of what I could make was surprisingly difficult. And if I chose to buy my lunch, that would become expensive really quickly.

So yes. I do have to start again and rethink my strategy.

It isn't all bad news though! Today I have my first karate lesson! I can go to as many as I want during the week so I can get quite a bit of exercise in. It is something new and different and I am rather excited. Hopefully I can divest myself into it and get fit and learn some self defence at the same time!
