Hello my lovelies!
Now that university is over and I am awaiting the beginning of my new job in March, I have found the perfect opportunity to go exploring!
I am finally going to go to the one place I have ALWAYS wanted to go and is the number one on my bucket list for travel. The USA!
Lot's of people have been like "blah blah blahhh, why would you go there when there are other great places to go?". Firstly, thanks for all your support, great friends you are, secondly, because I find the culture of the United States to be oh-so-exciting!
One of my big passions is film, and I shall be making all those American movies come to life! The grand canyon...the rocky steps...china town new york...hollywood...central park...VEGAS! Gahhh! I'm also planning on going on a tour of the celebrity houses in hollywood and a tour of movie scenes in New York :)
And think about the SHOPPING!! Walmart, forever 21, Macy's... COME AT MEEEE. haha.
Other things that I am excited for? Visiting Graceland (the home of Elvis), going to a real honky tonk bar in Tennessee, going on a steam boat cruise on the Mississippi and just think of all the FOOD.
So I am going on a tour from coast to coast. It will take 20 days and I will then continue on to do New York and LA by myself. I shall be in Vegas for New Years Eve... maybe I will be able to make my own version of the hangover! lol.
All I know is there are so many things that I will be seeing that are on my bucket list, and to tick anything off your bucket list should be seen as a great achievement. Yes I will be broke when I come home, but hey, you don't always get the time or opportunity to be involved in something like this.
I have a couple of travel blog ideas to write, one of them being a review of all the American candy I have always wanted to try! I don't leave home until the 29th December, so I will still be pumping these out until then. Thanks for reading and I hope you have something fun planned for your (insert your current season here) too!
xx
