50th post!

So it's 1:43am and in true Sarah fashion I am wide awake and thinking about things that are far too intense for this time of night. So I have decided to blog about it in my journal and type it up for you all at a more godly hour.
Recently I have really been thinking about my plans for the future. Now that I am about to hit the big 21, I feel like I have to establish a more serious approach to life...So I have started making goals. Or, a five year plan. I have just put my calculator away so you know that if I have been doing maths, I must be serious.
So I have established goals for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years and 5 years. The closer ones got more detail and thought put into them but I feel they are all realistic and achievable. Rather important in goal setting lol.

In 6 months I would like to have my own car. I have calculated that it will take approximately 11 day shifts and 11 night shifts to achieve that. So obviously 6 months is plenty of time to do that many shifts and more. Secondly I would like to have my job secured for next year. I will be a registered nurse and ready for full time employment. Yikes.

In one year I would like to move out and rent a place. With some savings by then it would be nice and comfortable to achieve this. Also, hopefully by this point I could also make a decision about my career path. Specialties and such.

In 3 years I could put a deposit on a house. Gosh. IM GETTING OLD.

Before anyone starts thinking "where does your boyfriend fit into all this?" trust me...he is in there. Just not included in the public version of this plan lol. SNOOPS.

In 5 years I would like to consider if I want to do a part time uni degree to begin my climb up the nursing ladder. *whispers* and maybe be married. Shhhh. Don't tell anyone.

Okay, enough with all this serious talk! This blog happens to be my 50th! Yay me! I have pretty much never stuck to something this long. So it is a massive achievement for me. I have enjoyed it oh so much and am pleased as punch that people are continuing to read it. It is still all new and exciting and not once have I thought "oh god... i better write another blog...its been ages". Because it is still lots of fun for me to come on here and talk to you all.
